Peter Liptak reviewing a business problem with an owner
Peter Liptak, founder of Growth Accelerator Lab

Founder-led growth systems consulting for owner-led businesses

Show me the work that’s slow, stuck, or falling through the cracks.

Most growth problems do not stay in one lane. I trace the constraint across your offer, message, website, sales process, customer journey, team workflow, and technology. Then I fix the parts that matter and build the right system around your business and the people who use it.

Peter personally leads the review. You keep the recommendation. No implementation purchase required.

Strategy decides what to fix.

Marketing and design make it clearer.

Process makes it repeatable.

AI adds leverage where it earns its place.

Start with the constraint

The thing slowing growth is rarely just one thing.

GAL follows the work across the commercial system, then chooses the mix of expertise and technology the business needs.

01

Marketing

The offer is hard to explain, the website does not move the right buyer, and campaigns feed traffic into an unclear path.

02

Sales

Leads wait too long, follow-up varies, and useful context gets lost between people and tools.

03

Customer experience

The promise, handoffs, and delivery experience do not feel like one connected journey.

04

Delivery

The team rebuilds client work, repeats instructions, and checks the same details by hand.

05

Knowledge and reporting

Answers and numbers live in scattered documents, inboxes, dashboards, and individual memory.

06

Operations and technology

Approvals, exceptions, and software gaps keep important work from moving consistently.

One connected growth system

A better tool cannot rescue a weak offer, unclear message, or broken customer journey.

I do not start with AI. I start with the part of the business making good work harder than it should be.

Sometimes the answer is a clearer offer. Sometimes it is better copy, a cleaner handoff, or a process the team can follow. Sometimes it is custom software. The job is to know the difference.

A paid path from problem to system

Review. Blueprint. Build.

Each engagement creates value and stands on its own. Stop after any step. The next step should earn your support.

02

$3,500

System Blueprint

Define one selected system before committing to a larger implementation.

  • Current and proposed workflow maps
  • Users, data, approvals, exceptions, and measures
  • Fixed build recommendation with schedule and price

The Opportunity Review is the front door.

03

$10,000+

Bespoke System Build

Build one approved app, agent, workflow, internal tool, or combined system when custom work is warranted.

  • Acceptance tests and deployment
  • Documentation and guided videos
  • One-to-one adoption support

The Opportunity Review is the front door.

The Review may recommend positioning, copy, experience, process, configured software, or a custom system. The $10,000 build price is a starting point. Integrations, third-party services, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support are quoted separately.

The working method

Make the process visible before you automate it.

  1. 01

    Trace

See how the work moves now, including the delays, handoffs, and exceptions.

  2. 02

    Choose

Rank the opportunities by value, feasibility, adoption risk, and data sensitivity.

  3. 03

    Design

Define the users, inputs, outputs, approvals, integrations, and success measure.

  4. 04

    Build

Create the smallest complete system that the team can test against real work.

  5. 05

    Adopt

Document it, teach the people responsible, and expand after they accept the first system.

Strategy and delivery stay connected

Marketing judgment changes the systems Peter sees.

Peter Liptak is a marketer, publisher, designer, copywriter, and AI systems builder. His work spans positioning, offers, websites, lead generation, publishing, sales process, and agent workflows.

That range helps GAL trace the full commercial process. A lead problem may begin with the offer. A website problem may come from unclear positioning. New software may solve less than better copy or a process the team can follow.

GAL uses specialist lead-conversion, marketing, sales, copy, design, and AI capabilities when the selected system requires them.

Improve the right part of the system. Build what the business needs. Expand after the client accepts the work.

Good fit

You have a real operating problem and the authority to act on it.

Bring a process that is slow, expensive, inconsistent, or dependent on too few people. Bring the person who owns the work and someone who can approve the output.

Not a fit: a generic AI keynote, a list of trendy tools, an unsupported ROI promise, or an unbounded build with no process owner.

Before you apply

Direct answers about the work, the price, and what happens next.

01

What is growth-systems consulting?

It is a way to diagnose growth across the connected business rather than treating marketing, sales, delivery, operations, and technology as separate problems. GAL traces the constraint, then recommends the smallest useful change or system.

02

Is this only AI and automation?

No. AI is one capability inside a broader growth system. Peter examines the offer, positioning, website, customer journey, sales process, and team workflow first, then uses copy, design, process changes, configured software, or custom AI as the problem requires.

03

What happens in the $1,000 Opportunity Review?

Peter interviews the owner, reviews the relevant parts of the business, ranks the opportunities, and delivers a short brief with one recommended next system. You keep the recommendation whether or not GAL implements it.

04

Do you build custom software every time?

No. GAL recommends custom development only when a configured existing tool cannot solve the problem well enough. A better offer, clearer copy, a redesigned journey, or a better process may be the right answer.

05

Will you train our team?

Adoption support is part of a build. GAL provides documentation, short guided videos, and one-to-one help for the people responsible for using the system.

06

Can we send confidential documents with the application?

No. The application opens a prefilled email and asks for a high-level description. Do not attach confidential, regulated, or sensitive information.

07

What costs are outside the build price?

Integrations, third-party services, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support are scoped and quoted separately.

08

Who leads the work?

Peter Liptak personally leads the Opportunity Review and growth-system strategy. GAL brings in specialist marketing, sales, copy, design, lead-conversion, or AI capabilities when the selected system requires them.
